Order Processing

Custom orders have individual processing times (typically 7-10 days from approval).

Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Trainers are individually wrapped and placed in branded packaging.
Custom orders include special presentation packaging.

Track your package using the provided Royal Mail or DPD tracking link.

Damaged Goods

Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and reshipment fee of £5.00.
Custom Orders Shipping
Custom orders ship once final payment is received.
Shipping times are as above (Standard, Next Day, Express options available).
Custom orders are shipped with tracked, insured delivery.
Please ensure your address is correct before approval, as changes after approval may incur fees.
